UST Inc. has proposed a concept for pedestrian-friendly cities in the Kaliningrad Region

The creation of car-free zones is becoming a global trend in sustainable development. Recently, *Komsomolskaya Pravda – Kaliningrad* published an article on the potential application of the uST technology in Yantarny.

Unitsky String Technologies Inc. proposes a pedestrian-friendly city concept where priority is given to people rather than cars, and private vehicles gradually replaced by environmentally friendly public transportation. As part of this approach, the company presented an updated project to create a modern car-free environment – an elevated passenger transport network based on the uST complex – in the town of Yantarny, and eventually in the resort towns of Svetlogorsk and Zelenogradsk as well.
